John Robert Peck to Speak at CAG’s February 22 Meeting

LOCATION: First Congregational Church at 1980 Hamilton Avenue, San Jose

Our February 22 demonstrator will be full time, classical realist portrait and figure painter John Robert Peck, a very talented man who has offered portrait and still life workshops at Triton Museum of Art (www.tritonmuseum.org). You may view his work at: www.johnpeck.com. The focus of his presentation for CAG will be on “Sight-size Portrait Drawing.”

Also at our February 22 meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

–           have their questions answered by the Board on the recent amendments to the Guild’s by-laws and constitution,

–           nominate officers for 2014,

–           submit photos for our Spring Group Project. If you are submitting photographs, please remember photos cannot be a copy from a magazine, book, etc.; they must be your photos.

–           Bring an art friend to a meeting and introduce them to Campbell Artists’ Guild. Past newsletters, membership information and forms, are always available to our interested guests at the Membership Table.
