Edna Piersol Windes, award winning artist, author and lecturer will be our demonstrator Oct. 24th. Edna, along with showing us how she starts a watercolor using lots of water, blending colors, will discuss “What Makes A Good Painting”. She is a wealth of knowledge.
Edna has offered to do a critique of any art work our members would like to bring in. It does not have to be watercolor or even a painting. Any piece of art you would like to bring. In her capacity as a judge for national and regional shows she has had to critique all kinds of art. Edna is very approachable and personable. She said “her critiques will be quick and kind”. It should be fun, hope we can have a good turn out for her.
