April 25, 2026 Silent Auction Fundraiser

Start gathering those new or gently used art materials and tools you find you longer need. All proceeds will benefit the Guild’s general fund.

Silent Auction Rules:

  • All items will have bid sheets attached on or nearby.
  • An announcement will be made five minutes prior to the closing of the silent auction.
  • Bid sheets cannot be removed from their designated spots except by authorized persons.
  • Only authorized persons may nullify a bid.
  • The silent auction is presented for 30 minutes.
  • In the event of a dispute, one of the official auctioneers shall act as the final authority and shall determine
  • the winning bidders. The decision shall be final.
  • The successful bidder must make payment in full the day of the silent auction.
  • Payment may be made with cash (please have small bills) or check payable to Campbell Artists’ Guild.
  • Returned Check Fee = $25.
  • All sales are final and no exchanges, substitutions or refunds will be honored.
