Start gathering those new or gently used art materials and tools you find you longer need. All proceeds will benefit the Guild’s general fund.
Silent Auction Rules:
- All items will have bid sheets attached on or nearby.
- An announcement will be made five minutes prior to the closing of the silent auction.
- Bid sheets cannot be removed from their designated spots except by authorized persons.
- Only authorized persons may nullify a bid.
- The silent auction is presented for 30 minutes.
- In the event of a dispute, one of the official auctioneers shall act as the final authority and shall determine
- the winning bidders. The decision shall be final.
- The successful bidder must make payment in full the day of the silent auction.
- Payment may be made with cash (please have small bills) or check payable to Campbell Artists’ Guild.
- Returned Check Fee = $25.
- All sales are final and no exchanges, substitutions or refunds will be honored.
